Transferring of Cash and/or Assets
Please contact our Transfers Team at transfers@midatlanticira.com or 240-575-3880 x620 for information regarding transferring of assets or cash.
Transfer Request Form – for requesting funds to be transferred from another institution to MidAtlantic IRA
Rollover Form – for when you’ve initiated a rollover from another institution to MidAtlantic IRA
Roth Conversion Form – for requesting assets or cash in your Traditional account to be converted to your Roth account
Direct In-Plan Roth Rollover Form – for requesting non-Roth assets or cash in your 401k Plan Participant account to be converted to your designated Roth 401k Plan Participant account
Recharacterization Form – for requesting a change in contribution type
*if you’re looking to transfer cash or assets from MidAtlantic IRA to another institution, you must fill out the receiving institution’s Transfer Form
Depositing Cash into your IRA
Please contact our Deposits Team at deposits@midatlanticira.com or 240-575-3880 x690 for information regarding depositing funds into your account via check, ACH, or wire.
Deposit Coupon – to accompany any money coming into your account from something other than an IRA (for example – contribution check, rent payment, loan repayment)

Buy Direction Letter – for acquisition of LLCs, LPs, Real Estate, Notes, Private Stock, and Public Stock.
Private Placement Disclaimer & Private Placement Instruction Letter – for acquisition of LLCs, LPs, and Private Stock.
Purchase Authorization for Assigned Notes – for assignment of notes only.
Purchase Authorization for Precious Metals – for precious metals only.
Promissory Note Acknowledgement – for Secured Notes where there is no title company or attorney, and Unsecured Notes.

Beneficiary Change Form – for updating the beneficiaries on your account
